Will you tell me if it's not worth repairing?
Yes. If a repair costs more than the boiler has left in it, Mike will say so. He won't push a new boiler you don't need.
Can I reset the boiler myself?
Pressing reset once is fine and is covered in your manual. If it locks out again, stop and call. Repeated resets can hide a real fault.
Do you carry parts?
Common parts are on the van, and others can usually be sourced quickly from local merchants.
