Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes, for leaks, no heating and other serious problems, as long as Mike can get to you. For anything urgent, call rather than message.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Gas Safe registration number 971320. All gas and boiler work is done by a registered engineer.
What areas do you cover?
Oldham and the surrounding areas, including Lees, Royton, Saddleworth, Mossley, Ashton-under-Lyne, Chadderton, Middleton, Shaw and Failsworth, plus wider Greater Manchester.
Are quotes free?
Yes. For smaller jobs, a photo sent on WhatsApp is often enough for a rough price. Bigger jobs get a free visit.
Who will turn up?
Mike, or Mike with Harry, his apprentice. There's no call centre and no subcontractors you've never heard of.
How much is a boiler service?
A standard boiler service is £75. A strip-down service starts from £120, depending on the make and model.
